Cabin Rental Payment Policy
-2 night minimum stay (Subject to change on selected weeks) / 3 night minimum stay on holidays /4 night minimum stay 12/20 through 1/1/12
-50% deposit required. Balance due prior to check-in.
-If you need to cancel a reservation within fewer than 30 days
of your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit. A $25.00 processing fee
applies to all cancellations outside of 30 days.
-No refunds will be made due to inclement weather, or early departure.
-Credit card number required in the event of any charges
incurred by failure to follow the rental agreement.
-Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, and Cash accepted.
Departure
-All trash in bags should be placed in trash container behind the cabins.
-Wash all dishes, dry the, and put them away.
-Gather all sheets and towels and place them in one location.
-Heat settings are to be left at 65 degrees, and fire logs set on low.
-Lock both doors and leave the number of keys that were issued
to you upon arrival in the lock box next to the back door.
-Upon your departure, cabin will be checked for damages or the need for excessive cleaning.
-Any damages, additional cleaning charges or theft will be charged to your credit card number.
Notice
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
We will not be responsible for accident or injury while on BeulahLand grounds,
or for loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables.
Occupancy / Pet Policy
-Check-in 3:00 PM.
-Check-out 11:00 AM.
-No indoor smoking allowed.
-Please do not dispose of cigarette remains on grounds or in driveway.
-No pets of any description allowed.
-If a pet is found, all guests will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
-No firearms are permitted on grounds at any time.
-Children should be accompanied by an adult when outdoors on BeulahLand Property.
-No vehicles permitted on grounds, other than the gravel parking area.
-No unlicensed vehicles permitted on grounds at any time.
-No large gatherings or loud parties permitted at any time.
-Cabins are fully cleaned and equipped with linens, toiletries,
kitchen supplies, and equipment before your arrival.
-Maid service will not be provided during your stay
-Any item damaged (other than normal wear and tear) or stolen
will result in a charge of the valued amount to your credit card account.
-BeulahLand is a property of approximately 20 acres;
-Feel free to hike, picnic, and enjoy.
-We ask that you stay within the fenced area of our property,
which lies east of the creek in front of the cabins.
